Banana Bread Cupcakes... well, not really

The local market had given me some free over ripe bananas and I wanted to make bread with them. I had so many that I ended up making a double batch. Forgetting that I only had one bread/loaf pan, I needed a quick fix for the extra batter. cupcake liners!!! I have lots of those!!!

So, I filled the pans with bananas bread mix and then topped them all with a generous layer of cinnamon and sugar. They turned out SUPER delish!!! After I'm done with school... I'll post the recipe!! Enjoy! 🙂
