My good friend Sarah came over this afternoon for a bit of shopping and cupcake making. When my daughter Emily was a toddler, she couldn’t pronounce her name and called her Eeerah 
. We’ve called her that ever since! Today we made Super Moist Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttecream frosting with chocolate sprinkles. I’ve made these before, but I piped the frosting differently on these. All we had was a flat rate box to send the cupcakes home with her.
